Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Saudi Arabia.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 4–6 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, and Madinah): 6–8 business days
- Other Regions: 10–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, promotional periods, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below SAR 200: Shipping fee of SAR 15
- Orders of SAR 200 or more: Free Shipping
Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, they will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. If the order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or an unclaimed shipment, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
